Founder
Michael Snow
Michael Snow is the President of Snow Financial Management, LLC. Snow is a Registered Investment Advisor and founded Snow Financial Management, LLC in 1997. Prior to establishing this company, he was employed in the Banking Industry for over 25 Years. At the Union Bank of Switzerland (“UBS”), Snow was Second In Charge of the North American Region. He achieved the rank of Senior Managing Director and was Head of Fixed Income where he was responsible for: Treasury, Money Markets, Precious Metals, Foreign Exchange, Mortgage Backed Securities, Government Securities, Derivatives, Corporate bonds, Emerging Markets, High Yield Securities, and Capital Markets. Mr. Snow is an independent member of the Board of Directors of BGC Derivative Markets, L.P., a subsidiary of BGC Partners, Inc, which offers trading in swap products subject to mandatory clearing, as well as swaps classified as permitted transactions. In addition, Mr. Snow is also an independent member of the Board of Directors of Remate Lince, S.A.P.I. de C.V., one of Mexico’s top inter-dealer brokers and is a BGC affiliate.
Mr. Snow is also a board member of Fenics Markets Xchange (FMX), which is a wholly owned subsidiary of BGC Group Inc. The company will provide fully electronic trading in cash treasuries, foreign exchange and interest rate futures. Finally, he is a director of Cantor Clearinghouse, L.P. ("Cantor Clearinghouse"), which is CFTC approved as a registered Derivatives Clearing Organization. Cantor Clearinghouse settles all trades between buyers and sellers on the Cantor Exchange and ensures the integrity of the marketplace. Both Cantor Exchange and Cantor Clearinghouse are subsidiaries of Cantor Fitzgerald, L.P.
Investment Advisor
Mark Snow
Mark Snow has been employed with Snow Financial Management for 14 years in investment advisory, product research, marketing, operational and compliance capacities. He is responsible for managing client investment portfolios, conducting client portfolio reviews and for investment product due diligence. He works with onboarding new clients and is the firm’s liaison with its custodian/brokerage firms. Prior to working with Snow Financial Management Mark was employed at HSBC Private Bank in New York for 10 years as a Vice President and Relationship Manager. In that role he was responsible for managing $350 Million in assets and $35 Million in loans for onshore and offshore clients and assisted clients with a variety of bank and securities products including fixed income and equities, foreign exchange, structured products, and insurance. Mark graduated with a B.A. in Finance from The George Washington University in 1998.
